Schnee has nearly 25 years of experience as a school and instructional leader, most recently as the Assistant Principal at Martin Luther King High School from 2013-2023. During the 2022-2023 school year, Schnee helped the school make the following progress in just one year: increased the school’s graduation rate by 12.2%; increased Algebra 1 Keystone proficiency by 13.7%; and increased Biology Keystone proficiency by 5.6%.

She holds a Master’s in Education from Arcadia University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Penn State University.
