Francesca has nearly two decades of experience working as a narrative strategist, development and communications director, and community organizer for mission driven-nonprofits. She believes deeply in narrative power and its ability to be both personally healing and communally transformative. Whether helping migrant farmworkers develop testimony for the Vermont General Assembly on why citizenship status should not be a requirement for healthcare eligibility to writing white papers on unsafe nurse staffing levels in D.C. to crafting nearly 100 successful grant proposals, she’s been using the tools of narrative to move powerholders to action and compel public and funding support since 2008.
Francesca holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Kingston University in London and a BA in English and Philosophy from La Salle University.
