Mr. Chaney has more than 25 years of experience as a case manager and mentor for at-risk youth in multiple states and urban settings, and has been working with youth in Philadelphia, particularly the Sharswood community, since 2005. His adeptness at conflict resolution, mediation, and de-escalation strategy has been invaluable since his first role with BPP as a founding Positive Support Staff member at Vaux Big Picture High School in the summer of 2018. In addition to his official role as Operations Specialist, Mr. Chaney also volunteers as a mentor for young men through his work with 100 Black Men of Philadelphia.
